Book Review “The Home Workout Bible”

You might check out the following fitness work out book “The Home Workout Bible – Burn Fat and build Muscle without going to the gym” from Lou Schuler Fitness Director – Men’s Health and Michael Mejia) if you are looking for ideas for your own workouts in a gym or at home.

The book is split in three parts:

  1. Home Grown Muscle
  2. Home Resistance Training Programmes
  3. Home Team Advantage
