partner, kids or friends.
We focus on - Advice – Education - Support - Motivation and consider each clients individual current lifestyle, preferences, needs and goals.
Your input is needed, as this will allow us to create together with you a programme, strategy or plan that works for you.
We meet for an initial consultation which takes between 60-90 minutes sometimes even a bit longer.
I believe strongly in initially taking a bit more time to identify the clients needs and goals. We go through your health and fitness history, you need to fill out a brief health screening form and you will get a pre-questionnaire which will allow you to be clearer about your goals.
You will have a list of action steps and a medium term plan at the end of the first session.
You will be able to implement some of these action steps immediately, other will need a bit more preparation. This plan will help you to focus on your outcomes, goal and keeps you on track so you can achieve your ambitions.
You will benefit from the expertise that I gathered since 2002 in the fitness and health industry in Dublin as Personal Fitness Trainer, Pilates Instructor, part time gym manager, business owner and from the experience that I gathered through over 17 years of long distance running and triathlon 1990 – 2007.
