Tone Up, Lose Weight and Get Fit with our new Conditioning, Weight Loss, Circuit Training Classes

We added a few new

  • Toning Classes
  • Weight Loss Classes
  • Circuit Training Classes

to our fitness and exercise class time table in our South Dublin based Fitness and Exercise Studio.

Our next 8 week Toning and Conditioning Classes starts:

  1. Monday 6th September 10am, 5.15pm,  7pm
  2. Wednesday 8th September 10am, 5.15pm
  3. Saturday 11th September 11.45am

We use different fitness and exercise equipment during these classes e.g. steps, medicine balls, kettlebells, a rowing machine, gym balls – swiss balls, dynabands – resistance bands, Gymstick, dumb bells etc. to get you and keep you fit and healthy.
