to our fitness and exercise class time table in our South Dublin based Fitness and Exercise Studio.
Our next 8 week Toning and Conditioning Classes starts:
- Monday 6th September 10am, 5.15pm, 7pm
- Wednesday 8th September 10am, 5.15pm
- Saturday 11th September 11.45am
We use different fitness and exercise equipment during these classes e.g. steps, medicine balls, kettlebells, a rowing machine, gym balls – swiss balls, dynabands – resistance bands, Gymstick, dumb bells etc. to get you and keep you fit and healthy.
