Book Recommendations ….

I just added a “Book Recommendations” Section”” to the “One-to-One” page of this website (the link is on the right column of the “One-to-One” page, just above the Fitnecise Logo).

I will list different books that I have read and highly recommend to my clients. These books might be related to the area of diet, nutrition, general health, fitness, exercise, psychology, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) etc.

There will be a link to Amazon, so you can order the book if wish.

The first two books and one Audio CD are Self and Time Management related from Stephen Covey and Brian Tracey. I would suggest you read Stephen Covey’s book first. He will challenge you in relation to your values and how you possibly set priorities around your values. I think the best book I read in relation to Self Management.
