Tips on Snack and Small Meals

Here we are going to list various “healthier snack” which we recommend. The might occasionally be higher in fats e.g. seeds and nuts but they are the healthier fats.

  1. Nuts and Seeds e.g.
    1. Walnuts, Hazel nuts, Cashew nuts, Pistachio …
    2. Sunflower, Pumpkin, Sesame ….
  2. Fruit with some form of protein e.g. nuts or natural yoghurt
  3. A glass of 50/50 fruit juice e.g. 50% water and 50% fruit juice of your choice.
  4. Oatcakes
    1. Go for the plain once if possible, the other once are tasty as well
      but are more likely to include sugars etc.

First Studio Pictures

Here a few pictures of our studio. The studio pictures are actually over nine months old, from the time when I opened the Studio last year mid October 2009. I will try to put up a few more recent pictures this week which will show our new set up Power Block Dumb Bells, our Bar Bell and recently bought Swiss Balls, Medicine Balls, a Pull Up Bar etc.
